Posting multiples adds in multiple cities for free is prohibited is considered spamming and will be removed form the site for violation of terms. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through Solvolist, You grant Solvolist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content through Solvolist. In addition, by submitting, posting or displaying User Content which is intended to be available to the general public, You grant Solvolist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content for the purpose of promoting Solvolist services. Solvolist will discontinue this licensed use within a commercially reasonable period after such User Content is removed from Solvolist. Solvolist reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any User Content in its sole discretion. You also represent and warrant that You have the right to grant or that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to grant, the license stated above. If You post User Content in any public area of any Solvolist Site, You also permit any User to access, display, view, store and reproduce such User Content for personal use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such User Content placed on any Solvolist Site retains any and all rights that may exist in such User Content. Solvolist acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User Content and has no obligation to screen User Content, communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. However, Solvolist may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any Solvolist Site. Solvolist reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Solvolist Sites and/or use of the Solvolist Services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Solvolist may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for Solvolist, damage the Solvolist brand or public image, or cause Solvolist to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. Solvolist does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk. The following is a partial list of User Content that is prohibited on the Solvolist Sites. The list below is for illustration only and is not a complete list of all prohibited User Content. Content that:

• is implicitly or explicitly offensive, such as User Content that engages in, endorses or promotes racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
• harasses, incites harassment or advocates harassment of any group or individual
• involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"
• promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous

Any Profile You submit must describe You, an individual person. Examples of inappropriate and prohibited Profiles include, but are not limited to, Profiles that purport to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual that is not You. In order to protect our Solvolist Community Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, Solvolist reserves the right to restrict the number of e-mails which a User may send to other Users to a number which Solvolist deems appropriate in its sole discretion. If notified by a User of User Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, Solvolist may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. Solvolist has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. We appreciate hearing from our Users and welcome your comments regarding our services and the Solvolist Sites. Please be advised, however, that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those which we have specifically requested. While we do value your feedback on our services, please be specific in your comments regarding our services and do not submit creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. If, despite our request, You send us creative suggestions, ideas, drawings, concepts, inventions, or other information (collectively the "Submission"), the Submission shall be the property of Solvolist. None of the Submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. Solvolist shall own exclusively all now known or later discovered rights to the Submission and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to You or any other person.

To add more clarification, You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content:

a) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way;

b) that is pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in actual sexual conduct including but not limited to (i) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex, or (ii) bestiality, or (iii) masturbation, or (iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse, or (v) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person;

c) that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;

d) that violates the Fair Housing Act by stating, in any notice or ad for the sale or rental of any dwelling, a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap (or violates any state or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics);

e) that violates federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws, including but not limited to, stating in any advertisement for employment a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.

g) that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Solvolist employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not apply to Content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures.);

h) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

i) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch";

j) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;

k) that constitutes or contains "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement;

l) that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if: posted in areas of the Solvolist sites which are not designated for such purposes; or emailed to Solvolist users who have not indicated in writing that it is ok to contact them about other services, products or commercial interests.

m) that includes links to commercial services or web sites, except as allowed in "services";

n) that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by California law.

o) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

p) that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of Content (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service;

q) that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.

r) contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose;

s) "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;

t) collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;

u) use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service - unless expressly permitted by Solvolist;

v) post non-local or otherwise irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

w) post the same item or service in more than one classified category or forum, or in more than one metropolitan area;

x) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Solvolist's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the Solvolist website /application;

y) use any form of automated device or computer program that enables the submission of postings on Solvolist without each posting being manually entered by the author thereof (an "automated posting device"), including without limitation, the use of any such automated posting device to submit postings in bulk, or for automatic submission of postings at regular intervals.

z) use any form of automated device or computer program ("flagging tool") that enables the use of Solvolist's "flagging system" or other community moderation systems without each flag being manually entered by the person that initiates the flag (an "automated flagging device"), or use the flagging tool to remove posts of competitors, or to remove posts without a good faith belief that the post being flagged violates the Solvolist terms of use

When You register with any Solvolist Site, You will be asked to create an account and provide Solvolist with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "Information"). You acknowledge that Solvolist may disclose and transfer any information that You provide through this website /application to

(i) any company related to Solvolist, its affiliates agents or information providers;

(ii) to any other person or entity with your consent;

(ii) or (iii) if we have a right or duty to disclose or are permitted or compelled to so disclose such information by law. Solvolist would not resell your information.

You consent to the above-described transmission, transfer or processing of such information to, or through, any country in the world, as we deem necessary or appropriate, and by using and providing information through this website /application

Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms, Solvolist does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the Solvolistproducts or services purchased through any Solvolist Site, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of such Solvolistproducts or services, under the terms agreed to by the provider. You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in your account, and that if You cancel your account, all your account information from Solvolist, including resumes, Profiles, cover letters, network contacts, saved jobs, questionnaires and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in the Solvolist databases and will be removed from any public area of the Solvolist Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through the Solvolist web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account, Profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of your Solvolist Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify Solvolist of any unauthorized use of your account, Profile, passwords or passwords, as the case may be.

The works of authorship contained in the Solvolist.com website /application (the "website /application"), including but not limited to all design, text, sound recordings and images, are owned, except as otherwise expressly stated, by Solvolist.com and its subsidiaries. Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, they may not be copied, transmitted, displayed, performed, distributed (for compensation or otherwise), licensed, altered, framed, stored for subsequent use or otherwise used in whole or in part in any manner without the prior written consent of Solvolist, except to the extent permitted by the Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. Article 107), as amended, and then, only with notices of Solvolist's proprietary rights provided that You may download information and print out hard copies for your personal use, so long as You do not remove any copyright or other notice as may be contained in information, as downloaded. Solvolist is the trademark name of the Solvolist company

Solvolist respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users and content partners to do the same. The unauthorized posting, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes infringement of the copyright owners rights. As a condition to your use of the Solvolist Sites, You agree not to use any Solvolist Site to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. We will terminate the accounts of any the Solvolist Sites Users, and block access to the Solvolist Sites of any Users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, of others. We reserve the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any liability to the User who is terminated or to the User whose access is blocked.

Solvolist has no control over User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and Solvolist makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on the Solvolist Sites. Solvolist may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for Solvolist, damage the Solvolist brand or public image, or cause Solvolist to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. While Solvolist reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, resumes or other material from the Solvolist Sites from time to time, Solvolist does not assume any obligation to do so and disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action. The Solvolist Communities provide a venue for individuals to network for professional purposes and Solvolist does not screen or censor the Profiles or User Content on the Solvolist Sites. Solvolist is not involved in the actual communications between Solvolist Community Users. As a result, Solvolist has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Profiles or User Content submitted on the Solvolist Sites and makes no representations about any Profile or User Content on the Solvolist Sites. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Solvolist, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service. You acknowledge and accept as a condition of using or accessing Solvolist that access to the website /application may from time to time be unavailable, delayed, limited or slowed due to, among other things: hardware failure, including among other things failures of computers (including your own computer), servers, networks, telecommunication lines and connections, and other electronic and mechanical equipment; software failure, including among other things, bugs, errors, viruses, configuration problems, incompatibility of systems, utilities or applications, the operation of firewalls or screening programs, unreadable codes, or irregularities within particular documents or other content; overload of system capacities; damage caused by severe weather, earthquakes, wars, insurrection, riots, civil commotion, act of God, accident, fire, water damage, explosion, mechanical breakdown or natural disasters; interruption (whether partial or total) of power supplies or other utility of service; strike or other stoppage (whether partial or total) of labor; governmental or regulatory restrictions, exchange rulings, court or tribunal orders or other human intervention; or any other cause (whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing) whatsoever beyond the control of Solvolist.

Responsibility for the contents of job advertisements submitted to Solvolist rests solely with the Advertiser. In displaying any such advertisement Solvolist does not accept any responsibility for ensuring that material submitted is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Solvolist reserves the right to withdraw, interrupt or restrict access to the web for any reason whatsoever.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solvolist, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees regardless of whether a lawsuit has been initiated, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any Solvolist Site, (ii) your use of any Solvolist Content, or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms. Solvolist shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

Solvolist requires some fees for posting on some sections of the site. The fees are used to maintain the site and provide information services to the customers. Solvolist reserves the right to make changes to fees and the terms of services provided by the site at any time Solvolist assumes no responsibility for any information that is posted on the site. Each party posting Content to the Service is responsible for said Content and compliance with the Terms of use. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the Service for violating the Terms of Use.
